What's An MMA Betting Site?
An MMA betting site is an online website that posts odds and allows you to bet on the individual fights. Typically, those sites are called sportsbooks, like us here at SportsBettingOnline.ag. Our odds makers will set up lines for each fight and you can log on and bet on who you think will win.

How Do The Odds Work?
When there's an upcoming MMA event, just visit the MMA section in our sportsbook. There you'll find a full list of all of the fighters involved in the upcoming fights along with betting lines next to their names. You might see something like this:

Anderson Silva -300
Chael Sonnen +250

The key here is to notice the sign next to each fighter's odds. When there's a minus sign next to the odds, that indicates the amount you have to bet to win $100. In Silva's case, if you bet $300 on him and he won, you'd win $100. On the flip side, if there's a plus sign, then you would win that amount with a $100 bet. So if you bet $100 on Sonnen, you'd take home $250 profit if he won the fight. You don't have to bet in $100 increments but that's how the odds are set up so it's easy for everyone to understand.
